Two days and we’ll be off to Montreal for some tune-up walks in the Eastern Townships with Betty, our past Camino companion.
If all goes according to plan, we will arrive in Rome on May 19 and spend fifty days walking to Lausanne, with another twenty days or so sprinkled throughout — travelling, resting, touring, and exploring our environs. We have been packing, tweaking, and repacking our bags in preparation.
Jim’s backpack weighs in at 16 lbs — still plenty of room for food and water. Laurel’s pack is still being tweaked!
